Registration Fee: $100 per family
Summer Camp Fee: $15 per child

Admissions Steps
​
1. Application Forms
Parents must complete and submit an application for each child. Please include the non-refundable application fee as outlined on the form. Applications are processed on a rolling basis, and because spaces are limited, we encourage families to apply early for the best chance of securing a spot.
2. Informational Session
All prospective families are required to attend a private or group informational session. This meeting allows parents to explore our curriculum, meet our team, and determine if Laugh N’ Discover Early Learning Center is the perfect fit for your family’s needs.
3. Notification & Enrollment
After the informational session, families will be notified of their child’s enrollment status. If accepted, an Enrollment Contract will be issued. To secure your child’s place, parents must return the signed contract along with a non-refundable tuition deposit. Please note that the application process is only complete when all forms and payments have been submitted.​
Tuition & Payment Policies
Registration & Fees:

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due upon application submission.

A yearly supply fee will be charged on the anniversary of your child’s enrollment to cover curriculum materials, art supplies, and other consumables.
Tuition Payment:

Tuition is billed monthly and is due by the 15th of each month.

Payments received after the 15th will incur a $50 late fee.

If tuition is more than 5 days late, your child will not be permitted to attend until the balance is paid in full.

If tuition is late more than three times in a calendar year, Laugh N' Discover reserves the right to terminate enrollment.

Tuition covers breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Attendance & Absences:

Tuition is required for all weeks your child is enrolled, regardless of attendance. No credits are provided for sick days, vacations, or other absences.

Families participating in a subsidy program (such as Texas Workforce Solutions) must adhere to the attendance policy guidelines. Parents are responsible for tuition during unauthorized absences and for covering any difference between the subsidy and the official tuition rate.
Discounts & Incentives:

While we do not offer sibling discounts, parents can earn tuition discounts by accumulating points through volunteering and attending parent education workshops.
Withdrawals:

A 30-day written notice is required for all withdrawals. Tuition will continue to be billed if notice is not provided, and parents remain responsible for payment in full.
